Burleigh Travel PA/New Business Development Executive
Jess has recently joined Burleigh Travel as PA/New Business Development Executive and is thoroughly looking forward to a successful career with Burleigh Travel. Jess has previously worked in sales as opposed to accepting a Business Management Degree, she went on to work for Ford as a New & Used Car Sales Executive and it was in this role she found her passion for great customer service. Jess also worked in Recruiting where she spent several years working in her role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Jess is excited to be working with Burleigh Travel to be able to utilise her two main passions, Travel and Customer Service. Helping to match client and customer needs; over four years experience of maintaining existing client/customer relationships and also generating new ones.
Before embarking on her career path Jess took the summer out to Travel Central America and Europe which planted the ‘travel bug’ in her to treasure this time and hope for more fulfilling experiences to come. Believing Experiences are forever, and they are what make you who you are and believes an experience good or bad is a good one in the long term.
Away from work Jess enjoys gardening, walking and cooking. She is engaged to be married and hopes to tie the knot in a memorable location having spent time exploring options where in the world to do this. However the purchase of a first home, a ‘doer-upper’ has tweaked plans as she is now a home decor/DIY enthusiast! Before her sales days she enjoyed playing Netball and is looking to rejoin the team to hopefully pick up where she left off.
