The football club were based in Estonia’s capital Tallinn, which enjoys a rich cultural heritage and unique atmosphere characterised by its wealth of historical buildings such as the medieval town hall Toompea Castle and Kadriorg Park.

Within the old city walls cobbled alleyways lead to picturesque squares which house an abundance of lively bars, nightclubs and cafés all serving beer at low prices.

The entertainment area is all situated off the ‘Old Town Square’ making a pub crawl extremely easy. More cultured than many of its Eastern European rivals, Tallinn has a definite Scandinavian influence due to its proximity to Finland.

Friday 29th August

The party assembled at Gatwick Airport for the flight to Tallin of approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. On arrival they were met by our local representative who gave the group an interesting and informative briefing about Tallin.

After a short transfer to their accommodation, the rest of the night was free to explore the various nightlife on offer. A visit to one of the city’s ‘gentleman’s clubs’ was on most peoples itineraries.

Saturday 30th August

After breakfast the group had the opportunity to enjoy the traditional ‘morning sauna’ before they departed for their first fixture;

After this well matched game the team stayed for a curry and drinks with their hosts and watched match of the day on the big screen in the clubs bar.

Sunday 31st August

This was a free day to recover from the previous days exertions where one of the options offered to the group was a unique trip in a chartered Yacht complete with captain and full up with food and beer to sail along the coastline.

We can also arrange for you to anchor off one of the areas deserted islands, alternatively a round of golf on the course at Niitvalja can be offered.

In the evening some special ‘adult entertainment’ was arranged at The Nimeta Bar in the centre of Tallinn for the group which proved very popular.
