"An excellent rugby tour!! Antwerp was a great place to base a senior rugby tour, we had a great time, especially as our accommodation was so close to all the action; just how a rugby tour should be! We even enjoyed playing!!"

Senior Rugby Tour to Antwerp

For their 5th consecutive senior rugby tour with Burleigh Travel, the players of Minchinhampton Rugby Club chose to travel to Antwerp for their tour to sample the many after dark terrace cafes, jazz bars, discos and nightclubs on offer whilst also playing some competitive rugby at the Francis Brunet 10's Tournament. A second rugby fixture was also played over the Dutch Border at Oemoemenoe RC where the welcome provided by the hosts is remembered by all as being up with the best expereinced; a significant statement for such well travelled rugby tourists.
