ITINERARY TO EASTERN CANADA
Saturday 10th April
This day saw the group leave Ottawa for the third and final destination of their tour; Niagara Falls via Niagara on the Lake, famous for its vineyards and quaint gift shops.
After check in the rest of the afternoon was free where you may wish to unwind in the hotel pool or alternatively take a look around the magnificent Falls.
In the evening the group performed for the final time in Canada at the First Grantham United Welsh Church in Niagara. After the performance time was spent with their hosts before the group returned to their accommodation. Thanks again to the parishioners of the host church for all of their efforts.
Sunday 11th April
This was to be the groups final full day in Canada and the best was saved to last. The day was left free for the group to enjoy the variety of attractions in and around the falls.
Popular attractions such as the Maid of the Mist boat trip which takes you to the foot of the horse shoe falls; the journey behind the falls, where you walk through tunnels that take you actually behind the falls and helicopter rides over the falls all proved popular with the group.

The breathtaking, captivating scenery is enough to capture the most experienced traveller. In addition an excellent meal was enjoyed by the group in the Table rock restaurant overlooking the Falls.
The Canadian Falls known as the ‘Horse Shoe’ at Niagara Falls from the vantage point of the helicopter is a breathtaking view and I am sure it will be a memory that will remain with al those who witnessed the spectacle.
