General InformationYou will be based in six or eight berth caravans in a holiday park on the beachfront close to Chichester. There are plenty of on site amenities to keep your group entertained, such as a brand new heated indoor swimming pool complex with slides, steam-rooms, sauna and a state of the art fitness suite. There's also crazy golf, go-karting and even a fun fair. In addition, there is regular entertainment for all ages each evening on site. FRIDAY 9TH APRIL 2010 On arrival at the park you will be met by a Burleigh Travel Representative who will assist you with your check in. You will then have the remainder of the day and night free to explore the park and use your leisure and entertainment passes. The modern Oasis pool complex comprises facilities such as a Family fun pool with water slide and Lazy River, Health suite with sun beds, massage, steam room and sauna, Competition pool with six 25-metre swimming lanes & State-of-the-art gym, with 50 exercise stations plus plasma TV screens. BURLEIGH TRAVEL RECEPTION PARTY.In the evening a reception party for the tour organiser and their coaches will be arranged. This will be hosted by Burleigh Travel, and will give you a chance to meet up and socialise with the representatives from the other touring teams. The meeting will give you the chance to meet the Burleigh Travel staff to discuss any issues or questions you may have about the weekend. Throughout the evening complimentary drinks and food will be served. |

SATURDAY 10TH APRIL 2010 - BURLEIGH TRAVEL CUP This is a small tournament to prepare you for the main festival the following day and will feature the other touring teams participating in the following day's festival. Once the festival is over you will return to the Holiday Park to continue your celebrations, and make the most of the park's facilities, where a visit to the arcades or the pool and spa complex is highly recommended. SUNDAY 11TH APRIL 2010 - WORTHING MINI FESTIVAL This morning you will travel to the Worthing Festival, the longest running mini festival in England, which has in the past attracted up to 24 teams in each age group from under 7's to under 12's. The festival is run on a group format, followed by plate, shield and festival competitions to ensure everyone receives plenty of rugby at a suitable level. In the evening you will return to your accommodation in order to continue your celebrations. |

MONDAY 12TH APRIL 2010 After checking out of your accommodation the day is free to make the most of the park's facilities, before you begin your journey home. |
