Leicester Grammar School Netball travelled on their second netball tour to Australia with Burleigh Travel in July 2005. On this occasion fixtures were played against Australian Schools in Melbourne, Sydney & Cairns. The pupils spent time in hotel accommodation in the tourist areas of the major cities and also enjoyed time staying in the company of Australian families which again proved a memorable part of the tour for the pupils, with the highlight being a trip to the Great Barrier Reef to round off the tour.
