University of Essex Ladies Rugby Club are another senior team to have made Amsterdam the destination for their end of season rugby tour in April 2006. The girls travelled on a 4 night rugby tour through Burleigh Travel, staying in a hostel near to all the attractions of most interest to a university group. All 25 players were involved in the 2 rugby matches arranged against local Dutch sides and were warmly received by their hosts.
