Veterans Football Tour to Lisbon

During their football tour to Lisbon, the players of Heroes and Villains FC were able to combine visits to the wonderful harbour area with its numerous restaurants and wonderful nightlife with playing some highly competitive football against, among others, the might of Benfica FC!

The group were very well treated at both fixtures especially at CD Mafra who hosted a three way mini tournament of highly competitive football, followed by generous hospitality including a pig roast!! The footballers were based in centrally located accommodation, ideally situated for the best restaurants and quality bars that were well used throughout the trip and ideal for the more seasoned football tourist!!

With it’s wonderful heritage, beautiful restaurants, fantastic bars and competitive football the whole team felt that Lisbon was the ideal destination for any senior football tour!
