Senior Rugby Tour to Antwerp: Gent Festival

During their rugby tour to Antwerp, the players of Millbrook RFC were able to combine visits to Antwerp’s chic new waterfront development that plays host to a promenade of restaurants and bars and after dark indulgence on the terrace cafes, jazz bars, discos and nightclubs with competitive rugby and sightseeing in the historical Old Town area. 

They were also able to take part in the renowned Gent Easter Rugby Festival which attracts clubs from all over Europe for both senior male and female teams as well as a popular junior section. The tournament was an ideal centre piece for the rugby tour and the group were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the social tournament atmosphere.
