Being based on the Costa Brava a junior rugby tour to Lloret De Mar was ideal for their rugby tour. Whilst on their rugby tour in Spain, the group were able to relax on the areas many fine beaches; many of which have been awarded the EU Blue Flag, a benchmark guaranteeing the highest standards in terms of the quality of the water, the sand and the services. When not at the beach, the hotel pool area was a popular alternative.
On the pitch, the players competed in 2 games against Rugby Club Barcelona and the Catalan Federation, which proved a stern test of their abilities, but provided an enjoyable focal point to their rugby tour.
