All our mini and junior rugby festivals are RFU approved so you can be assured that they will be run in line with the governing bodies’ guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for your team.
While the rugby aspect is clearly a key factor at our festivals, it is equally important to allow your players time to enjoy team building and fun activities with their friends, as from our rugby festival feedback surveys this is one of the most important factors for them and it is often cited as one of the highlights of the weekend. In addition to structured matches, festivals provide a unique environment where players can connect off the pitch through organised group challenges, icebreaker sessions, and informal social gatherings. These moments help build trust, improve communication, and strengthen team cohesion in ways that directly benefit on-field performance. Evening events, shared meals, and mixed-team activities also encourage friendships across clubs, creating a more inclusive and memorable experience. By balancing competition with social interaction, players gain not only skills but also confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of belonging within their team.
We also appreciate a rugby festival format is not for everyone, so if you prefer a fixture based tour which can be combined with an activity or watching top flight rugby then have a look at our Premiership Rugby Weekends, as this is a very popular alternative to our festival options.
With our mini and junior rugby festivals becoming so popular many clubs return year after year meaning space at our events for new clubs to participate in is fairly limited, so the earlier you can make your enquiry the higher the chance will be to secure your space at one of our mini and junior rugby festivals or events. We can also tailor your tour to suit your individual requirements so please feel free to contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
