Cricket Tour to Barbados

In celebration of their 125th Anniversary year, the cricketers of Illingworth St Mary Cricket Club chose to travel to Barbados with Burleigh Travel for their commemorative cricket tour.

The players from the Yorkshire based cricket club played three hard fought cricket fixtures against local opposition, where the usual Bajan enthusiasm for the game ensured each was a memorable encounter. The remainder of the itinerary was packed with visits to exciting attractions such as the popular Oistins Fish Fry, The Kensington Oval and souvenir shopping in Bridgetown as well as activities such as deep sea fishing and catamaran cruise, while still allowing plenty of time to soak up the local atmosphere and relax on the fine sandy beaches.
