Cricket Tour to Barbados

The students from Southampton University Cricket Club embarked upon their cricket tour to Barbados for their end of academic year cricket tour.

As in any university cricket tour, partying was high on the agenda and there is no better cricket tour destination for those looking to go on into the early hours.

Be it live entertainment, buffet meal and dancing at Harbour Lights on a Friday; the Boatyard for live music on a Tuesday or McBrides and The Ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the low entry fees and all inclusive drinks offers means that there is a lively night out no matter what day of the week it is; inviting for any university cricket tour.

During the day, the group enjoyed Barbados’ most famous pass time…relaxation! They also participated in four cricket matches against the Bajans and enjoyed the wide range of activities and excursions on offer including visits to the Banks Brewery and the Kensington Oval as well as enjoying a cruise along the stunning coastline.
