Cricket Tour to Gibraltar

During their cricket tour to Gibraltar the players from Stanton & Awsworth Elks Cricket Club embarked upon a tailored itinerary that included a competitive fixture, ample time for exploring the numerous nightspots on the island; particularly around the lively Casemates square, whilst also allowing time for the all important rest and relaxation needed at the end of any long, hard English cricket season.

The base for the cricket tour was a superb hotel with direct access to the beach and a restaurant that provided the ‘best Italian food ever tasted’ as commented by the tour organiser upon their return to the UK.

The players also enjoyed relaxing at the fantastic beaches Gibraltar has to offer and even managed to have time to try their luck with some success at the popular casino!
