School Football Tour to Lloret de Mar

During their School Football tour to Lloret de Mar, the football players of Guthlaxton College boys and girls football teams were able to combine visits to some of the most popular attractions in Spain with some excellent football for two boys and one girls team.

The group enjoyed trips to the wonderful Port Aventura Theme Park with it’s impressive rides including the scary Dragon Khan with its 8 loops and 70 mph drop and the Tutuki Splash where you are likely to get very wet as well as an enjoyable trip to Barcelona including a chance to see the iconic Nou Camp Stadium, home of FC Barcelona, the Magic Fountain and also the Sagrada Familia, the infamous and beautiful cathedral.

The tourists also enjoyed playing some highly competitive fixtures and were extremely well looked after post match especially at CE Manresa where they were treated to an excellent meal in the company of their hosts. In between football matches, Burleigh Travel arranged for training sessions on the nearby municipal pitches which is sure to have bettered performance in an area famed for a high standard of football.

The whole group had a wonderful time and felt that a football tour to Lloret de Mar was the ideal tour for any school football side!!
