Coronavirus - Covid-19 Pandemic

Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are and your family are all safe and well and we wish you all the best over these difficult times.

In view of the well documented implications of the unprecedented worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, we want to reassure you that that the safety and well-being of all of our touring groups is very important to us and that we are closely monitoring advice from the Government, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and ABTA.

We have been dealing with the repatriation of clients stuck in Spain and are supporting our staff who are in self isolation.

Our office is now in full lockdown and we have very limited email access but those who are able to work are working around the clock to ensure that we can assist our customers with the most urgent needs and our goal is to ensure that anyone due to travel in the next seven days has been updated on their tour and given a list of options available to them, we will not however have the resources to enter into conversations over these options at this stage.

We will continue to contact tour organisers whose travel plans have been effected.

Best wishes at what is a difficult time for us all and thanks for your understanding,

Ely Tigers Senior Rugby Tour to Poland

Explore the great City of Warsaw

Ely Tigers Senior Rugby Tour to Poland

Ely Tigers

Ely Tigers took a group of 28 senior rugby players on tour to Warsaw, Poland. They were staying in Poland for 3 nights and playing against one local side SKRA Warszawa. The group arrived in Poland on the Friday morning where they checked into their accommodation and then had the day free to get there bearings of the town. The city offers so much to do, you can explore the many pubs and restaurants, or you can visit the 'Old Town' with the history of being destroyed in WWII. The area has been rebuilt and is now full of lively cafes, shops and restaurants.

Poland Warsaw

On the Saturday the team had the morning and early afternoon free to explore the city. Then returned to the accommodation to get ready for a night out in the lively city of Warsaw.

Poland Nightlife

Sunday the group had a free morning after they had had breakfast to prepare to travel to their fixture against SKRA Warszawa. The game was very competitive and with a few worse for wear the touring team didn't manage to come out on top. After the game the host club took the team out into the local area and shared a few stories and beers together before the group headed back to the accommodation.

The team had the Monday morning to relax and reflect on a great tour before their flight home.
