Junior Rugby Tour to Bournemouth

During their Junior rugby tour to Bournemouth, Caerleon Rugby Club U13’s stayed in Holiday Park accommodation where they were able to enjoy the various on site activities such as swimming, tennis and crazy golf. Whilst on Rugby tour the group were superbly hosted by Wimborne Rugby Club before taking part in the Bournemouth Junior Rugby Festival, in which they came away victorious.

The group followed the true traditions of a Rugby tour by enjoying a fancy dress evening on their final night!

Caerleon RFC U13 : Rugby Tour to Bournemouth Highlights!

The rugby tour to the Bournemouth Rugby Festival was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended, with the following highlights being memorable for all: 

  • Tournament participation: winning the Bournemouth Rugby Festival
  • Fixture v Wimborne RFC: super hosts and a really enjoyable match
  • Holiday park facilities : the boys enjoyed the swimming pool whilst the parents enjoyed the bar!!
  • Tour tradition: the final night fancy dress; guests included Lara Croft, Zorro, Wonder Woman and Homer Simpson!
