Your Accommodation - Leeds
Option 1 – your group will stay in a centrally located Hotel in Leeds. You will have en-suite rooms, with access to a variety of opportunities and restaurants right on your doorstep, including the Kirkgate Market with a variety of street food cafes on offer including Vietnamese, Jerk Chicken, Indian and The Yorkshire Wrap Company.
Your Accommodation - Harrogate
Option 2 your group will stay in centrally located Hotel Accommodation in Harrogate, less than 15-minutes from the festival venue. You will have en-suite rooms, with access to a variety of opportunities and restaurants right on your doorstep. Your 2-night stay will give your group the opportunity to explore the local surroundings and nearby attractions such as Lighwater Valley Theme Park or Parthian Climbing Centre.

Option 3 – your group can stay in centrally located Hotel Accommodation in York. You will have en-suite rooms, with access to a variety of opportunities and restaurants right on your doorstep.
Your 2-night stay will give your group the opportunity to explore the local surroundings and nearby attractions.

Located nearby, set in a beautiful large wooded area and offering eight huge game zones to all eager players, this would be a great activity for your team.
Game zones feature a vast stone pyramid set behind four large Mummy statues, an 80′ long Russian rocket (on an original Cold War era Soviet launch vehicle), and much more!
Amazing game zones, state-of-the-art equipment, and welcoming staff will ensure that you will have the best paintball experience ever.

Parthian Climbing Centre offers extensive roped climbing and
bouldering and is a great opportunity to get the whole
family involved or for the team to build on their communication
skills and team bonding.

On your free day we suggest a visit to Allerthorpe Lakeland Water Park is a great option for your group as it offers a variety of water sports options and host to an inflatable aqua park which is great for your players to take part in some team building activities off the rugby pitch.

A visit to Lightwater Valley Theme Park may be in order, with over 40 rides and attractions will keep your group entertained whilst away from the rugby pitch.

The Festival
The Festival
Here your team will enjoy a fantastic day of rugby in Yorkshire’s largest rugby festival, playing against local and touring teams. The day will be arranged to ensure you teams plays as much rugby as possible
There will be food and drink facilities on site, and an awards presentation at the end of the event. This event has developed a reputation for friendly and quality rugby!
*Please note that entry is limited to a maximum of 3
squads per club for U7-U8’s, a maximum of 2 squads
per club for U9-U11’s and a maximum of 1 squad per
club for U12-U15’s.
Financial Protection
Burleigh Travel has always had consumer protection in place to make good any money paid to us in the event of the financial collapse or failure of an airline, hotel or any other provider. This pledge has been honoured since the foundation of Burleigh Travel in 1998 and no client has suffered financial loss from such a failure.

For non-flight packages, in compliance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Services Limited (T&G) to protect customers’ prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure and paid in respect of non-flight packages sold by the Policyholder as principal to the contract.
Please be aware, this protection will not be available if you arrange your own tour or if you book through a company not offering this type of cover.

Pre-arrangements were very good, thanks to the Burleigh team,
we left feeling confident about the trip and what was to come.
When we arrived at the centre the team were welcoming and it
was pretty slick given how many coaches were arriving at once.
The whole centre was clean and easy to navigate.
I thought the format for the rugby worked well and the games
were very competitive. The hosts were very welcoming. we
stayed for a few beers after an enjoyed the facilities they have -
would recommend them as a club.
The service from Burleigh Travel was really helpful - pleasure to
work with!
All involved said it was one of their
best weekends they have ever had.
It was good accommodation and the
rugby club was excellent host.
