The Harrogate rugby festival is recognised as the largest in the North of England and has now been running for a number of years, attracting teams from across the country.
You will be based in hostel accommodation at York Racecourse on the picturesque Knavesmire. The city of York and its surrounding areas has a variety of activities which will provide huge enjoyment for both the players and parents, making this a great destination for rugby groups and families alike.
You may wish to visit York’s most famous street, ‘The Shambles’ which is lined with timber-framed buildings housing a range of touristy shops. A number of Harry Potter scenes were filmed at the Shambles and it was the inspiration for Diagon Alley.
