As Chair of my local rugby club, I have arranged tours through Burleigh Travel for the last 2 seasons. 2020 was supposed to be our 3rd year in a row.

The organisation has always been spot on. The team are professional and dedicated, providing a hugely impressive service. Nothing is too much trouble.

The Covid-19 situation meant that this years' tour was cancelled. We have had multiple discussions and the team have maintained their professionalism throughout, during very trying times.

As a result, we are delighted to have committed to touring with them again in 2021, and very much look forward to doing so.

Blaina RFC have used Burleigh Travel for our last three tours. I have always found them to be very professional and dedicated. Further to this, in the current diffcult circumstances our planned rugby tour to Dublin in May 2020 of course had to be cancelled. This was unfortunate, but also out of everyone's hands. In trying times, Burleigh and Director Chris Kite were very helpful. They worked with us to get refunds etc. sorted, and this was all handled in a very professional manner. We had booked again for Easter this year but was unable to travel due to Covid but Chris dealt with a refund in good time.

We have booked several hockey tours to Spain and we were very happy with the service provided by Burleigh. They took control of all aspects of the tour in a professional way and kept us informed throughout the process. We are already in planning phase for our next tour - when we are allowed to travel!

We also used Burleigh for a domestic tour that was cancelled due to the pandemic. We will try again next season though!

We have Used Burleigh Travel previously to tour abroad and they provided a very good reliable service that enabled us to enjoy a very good tour. On the back of that we set up a tour for this years Colts Team to Spain. However the outbreak of Covid 19 impacted directly upon this years tour, leading to a cancellation just weeks before the planned departure. This led to a very testing time for all concerned and it called for patience across the board. Any business in this situation is going to struggle let alone a travel company so well done Burleigh Travel for pulling through and supplying a refund as requested. We look forward to touring with you again as soon as the chance avails itself, hopefully we can carry on where we left off.
