ALERT
Coronavirus - Covid-19 Pandemic

Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are and your family are all safe and well and we wish you all the best over these difficult times.

In view of the well documented implications of the unprecedented worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, we want to reassure you that that the safety and well-being of all of our touring groups is very important to us and that we are closely monitoring advice from the Government, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and ABTA.

We have been dealing with the repatriation of clients stuck in Spain and are supporting our staff who are in self isolation.

Our office is now in full lockdown and we have very limited email access but those who are able to work are working around the clock to ensure that we can assist our customers with the most urgent needs and our goal is to ensure that anyone due to travel in the next seven days has been updated on their tour and given a list of options available to them, we will not however have the resources to enter into conversations over these options at this stage.

We will continue to contact tour organisers whose travel plans have been effected.

Best wishes at what is a difficult time for us all and thanks for your understanding,

Hi there, I'm the Social Media Executive here. I joined Prodo in January 2012 originally as one of their Digital Marketing Assistants, after having completed a post-graduation period interning in London's PR and advertising arenas. A University of Liverpool graduate of English and French, I also spent an amazing year living, working - and eating - in France as a CELTA-qualified ESOL teacher. And yes, I am named after the Eric Clapton classic, feel free to sing it!

Ava is Prodo's in-house copywriter and she's powered by cupcakes. After joining the SEO ninjas in July 2012, she has developed typing hands of steel and writes 6 - 9 pieces of content for us every day! Ava enjoys reading, baking, martial arts, and learning Japanese.

Zoe is a Digital Marketing Assistant at Prodo and also part of the SEO ninja squad! She is an English and Creative Writing graduate originally hailing from the surfy seaside town of Abersoch. She has her own fashion and music blog that she’s been writing for four years, and loves sharing Ryan Gosling infographics on Twitter!

Rob travelled over the Severn Bridge in 1996 to complete his studies for a Sport and Exercise Science and Tourism Management Degree at what was Cheltenham & Gloucester College Of Higher Education. Some time since, Rob could not have expected to have made his home in the Cotswolds and to be enjoying family life having travelled the world combining his love of sport and travel and also making good use of his University Degree.

One of the ‘old guard’ of the company Ryan joined in 2004 and currently supervises the sales area of the company. Having played a variety of sports since a very young age he has enjoyed a variety of tours and working to provide others with similar experiences is what he enjoys most about his “job”. He has been fortunate enough to visit some fantastic places such as Dubai, Canada and Barbados, as well as many many European destinations.

Jess has recently joined Burleigh Travel as PA/New Business Development Executive and is thoroughly looking forward to a successful career with Burleigh Travel. Jess is excited to be working with Burleigh Travel to be able to utilise her two main passions, Travel and Customer Service.

Matt has recently joined Burleigh Travel and is looking forward to working in the sports travel industry and having the opportunity to discover new destinations around the world. He has spent the last 3 winter seasons working for a major tour operator as a chalet host in the French Alps.

Sarah graduated from the UWE Hartpury in 2014 with a 2:1 Degree in Sports Coaching. After being a teaching assistant for a year she soon realised that sport was her true passion and she didn’t want to lose her enthusiasm with it, with this in mind, combining her sports knowledge and organisational skills organising sports tours would be her perfect job.

After leaving school with A-levels in Geography, Biology and Chemistry Sarah attended UWIC where she gained a BSc First Class Honours Degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. Throughout university Sarah was fortunate enough to gain a wide range of work placements and got the opportunities to work with the Welsh Rugby 7’s Team, Scarlets Rugby Team and the Welsh Ladies Hockey Team.

After gaining a degree in Politics and English at sport mad Loughborough University, Gareth decided that a career in sports travel was an ideal fit. An interest in many sports as well as experiences in organising and volunteering at sporting events backed this up.
