Coronavirus - Covid-19 Pandemic

Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are and your family are all safe and well and we wish you all the best over these difficult times.

In view of the well documented implications of the unprecedented worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, we want to reassure you that that the safety and well-being of all of our touring groups is very important to us and that we are closely monitoring advice from the Government, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and ABTA.

We have been dealing with the repatriation of clients stuck in Spain and are supporting our staff who are in self isolation.

Our office is now in full lockdown and we have very limited email access but those who are able to work are working around the clock to ensure that we can assist our customers with the most urgent needs and our goal is to ensure that anyone due to travel in the next seven days has been updated on their tour and given a list of options available to them, we will not however have the resources to enter into conversations over these options at this stage.

We will continue to contact tour organisers whose travel plans have been effected.

Best wishes at what is a difficult time for us all and thanks for your understanding,

Charity Dinner A Resounding Success

£2,300 rasied the 'Restart' the charity of the Rugby Players Association

Charity Dinner A Resounding Success

We would like to thank all who attended our Charity Dinner at the Hotel Du Vin, Cheltenham last Wednesday evening in aid of the charity of the Rugby Players Association, Restart. Your continued support is truly appreciated and we hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we did. Belated Birthday wishes also to one of our special guests of the evening, Kat Sutton from Minchinhampton who was given her seat at the event as an 18th Birthday present by her family; we hope you enjoyed meeting Freddie!

Thanks also to the team at Hotel Du Vin for serving a delightful meal and looking after us very well throughout the evening.

We are also extremely grateful to all who donated and purchased auction lots for the evening's auction which combined with a table raffle raised £2,300 for Restart. We hope that all lucky auction winners enjoy their purchases all in aid of this worthy cause.

The highlight of the evening was a Question and Answer session with stars from Gloucester Rugby Club Freddie Burns and Andy Deacon. Deacs was his usual hilarious self giving anecdotes from the amateur days and Freddie's insight into the modern professional game at the highest level was a treat for any rugby fan. Thanks to Andy and Freddie for giving up their time and for keeping us all amused.

The local media turned out to cover the evening's proceedings and you can view an article in Cotswold Style Magazine by following this link.
