The Hilversum Festival is one of our biggest and best International Youth Rugby Tournaments and, like most years, has sold out! This year they will be welcoming over 85 teams from a range of countries including England, Scotland, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Belgium and even the Ukraine!
We have been working with Hilversum Rugby Club for over 15 years and always receive brilliant feedback from the clubs who tour there! The event will of course be running again in 2019 and we would recommend getting in touch early if you would like to base your tour here.
The dates for 2019 are the 19th to the 21st April and the event caters for U9s through to U19s. This is a great event for taking you team abroad for the first time as we can base you in one of Holland’s very popular Holiday Parks. These parks have a range of onsite facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, boat hire and even a beach.
You will have a free day on Saturday to either enjoy the holiday park’s facilities, take a day trip to Amsterdam or we can arrange a fixture with a local club. The rugby festival is on the Sunday and you will enjoy a full day of rugby against a range of teams. There is onsite entertainment, food stalls and bars for the parents.
