Burleigh Travel has over 30 years experience and is one of the UK’s leading sports tour operators, organising tours all over the world and specialising in rugby, football, cricket, netball and hockey tours for all ages and abilities. Over the last few years we have seen a huge growth in the provision of our mini & junior rugby events, where groups enjoy a team bonding day of high adrenalin activities followed by their participation in one of our established rugby festivals and we are looking for an event coordinator to organise and oversee the smooth running of these festivals.
Our team is made up of sports enthusiasts, the majority of whom still play or coach at local clubs, and they combine their passion for sport with unrivalled customer service and amazing event management skills.
Working at Burleigh Travel will give you the opportunity to travel, as our sports tour coordinators also go on regular familiarisation trips to meet with our suppliers. Burleigh Travel is also a member of a number of high profile organisations, such as the Rugby Players Association, the Cheltenham Jockey Club and the Gloucester 1873 club and as part of your benefits package you will get to enjoy days out at these events.

Details About the Job:
- A varied role dealing with all aspects of running and organising our rugby events, alongside the promotion of these through various social media channels.
Essential Skills:
- We are looking for someone with good administration and communication skills, accuracy, I.T. and event coordination skills & social media knowledge.
