What better way to finish your season in style then with a football tour over to Prague – The beer capital of the world! Old Wykehamist FC decided to take a long weekend tour over to the Czech Republic for a fantastic weekend of football and festivities. They enjoyed two competitive football fixtures, and a chance to sample for of Europe’s best beers.

The team flew into Prague on a Friday night, and after being met at the airport by their coach driver, were taken to their accommodation. After checking in they headed out to enjoy Prague’s famous nightlife.

Next morning the team had a chance to have breakfast and stretch their legs before their first tour match against Bila Hora FC. Old Wykehamist sealed a 3-1 victory before having some post match beers with their opposition. They coach then returned them to their hotel for another night on the town. There are dozens of clubs in explore, along with countless bars and microbreweries.

The next day we had arranged a slightly later kick off to give the guys a chance to recover from the night before and explore some of the city. They had an afternoon kick off against Zlicin FC which finished 1-1. More post match beers followed before their final night out of tour.
