Junior Rugby Tour to Tramore

The youth rugby tour to Tramore provided the group with a healthy mix of entertainment, activities and stunning scenery within this celebrated coastal region of Ireland. Their bungalow park accommodation was ideally suited to them and the staff were welcoming and helpful; even calling the organiser on the return journey when a lost item was recovered! The area provided good restaurants and activities such as the popular Splashworld swimming centre located near to the accommodation which, with the local beach were welcomed entertainment for the boys.

Both fixtures were exceptional and brought out qualities in the players leaving the parents and coaches proud of their achievements. The first game against Cork ended in a victory, followed by the unrivalled hospitality provided by Gorey RFC that left a permanent imprint on their memories as to the positive aspects of rugby!

Praise was due for their coach driver who was accommodating, flexible and very helpful, which was certain to have made the entire touring experience that much easier for the organiser.
