ALERT
Coronavirus - Covid-19 Pandemic

Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are and your family are all safe and well and we wish you all the best over these difficult times.

In view of the well documented implications of the unprecedented worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, we want to reassure you that that the safety and well-being of all of our touring groups is very important to us and that we are closely monitoring advice from the Government, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and ABTA.

We have been dealing with the repatriation of clients stuck in Spain and are supporting our staff who are in self isolation.

Our office is now in full lockdown and we have very limited email access but those who are able to work are working around the clock to ensure that we can assist our customers with the most urgent needs and our goal is to ensure that anyone due to travel in the next seven days has been updated on their tour and given a list of options available to them, we will not however have the resources to enter into conversations over these options at this stage.

We will continue to contact tour organisers whose travel plans have been effected.

Best wishes at what is a difficult time for us all and thanks for your understanding,

The Burleigh Travel Team

Armed Forces Rugby Tours to Estonia

Uncover the touring destination of Estonia!

Rugby

Armed Forces Rugby Tours to Estonia

Armed forces rugby tours to Estonia offer a rich cultural heritage and a unique atmosphere characterised by its wealth of historical buildings, such as the medieval town hall, Toonpea Castle and Kadriorg Park. More cultured than many of its Eastern European rivals, Tallinn, the capital city, has a definite Scandinavian influence due to its proximity to Finland and as such provides a different back drop to any rugby tour. For armed forces rugby tours, Estonia has picturesque town squares which house an abundance of lively bars and nightclubs all serving beer at low prices, including the 24 hour bar. The entertainment area is all situated off the 'Old Town Square' making a pub crawl extremely easy.

Tallinn offers a variety of attractions such as a pool centre, paintball and go-karting. A trip to Pirita Beach often proves popular as well as watching the whale boat racing. Why not try a traditional sauna, play a round of golf, or hire a yacht for the day. This inviting blend has seen Estonia become one of the leading destinations for rugby tours to Eastern Europe.

Some of our staff have visited Estonia on familiarisation visits, so are therefore well-equipped to draw on their first hand experience, in order to answer any queries you may have regarding this destination.  They will be more than happy to discuss the countries suitability as a Armed Forces rugby tour destination in more detail with you.

Military Sports Tours

Our first Military sports tours left our shores way back in 1998 with REME RFC visiting Portugal and RAF Cottesmore RFC travelling to Spain. Since then we have organised numerous tours for military teams and have built up a vast amount of knowledge about what is required to ensure they run smoothly; both during the lead up to the tour and whilst you are away.
